How do I sign up with MedVoy?

Signing up is simple! Providers and patients can sign up on the homepage with just a few steps.

Simply click on the "List your Practice" button on the lower left hand side of the page. Fill out your name, email and phone and hit save. You will then be sent an email with further instructions.

I do not want my information made public, how do I know it is secure?

MedVoy is a cloud-based HIPPA-compliant portal that securely stores your medical information. MedVoy utilizes Amazon Web Services, which hosts your data in a state-of-the-art secured data center; data is backed up nightly in several disparate geographic regions in case of natural disaster. HIPAA provides national standards to protect the privacy of personal health information. Lastly, the inherent nature of cloud-based applications is much more secure than the current paper shuffling that can easily be lost or stolen.

Does it eliminate the need for paper-based medical records?

MedVoy, a cloud-based HIPPA-compliant portal, store all medical records completely online. There is no need for paper-based medical records, faxes or forms, which also adds an extra layer of security for your patients.

Does it have a patient portal?

MedVoy offers a lightweight patient portal that patients can use to schedule appointments, upload medical records, and communicate directly with doctors and staff, and more. This portal can help facilitate reimbursements for Medicare and Medicaid incentive payments as part of the upcoming Healthcare reform. These stipulations on "Meaningful Use", a set of standards defined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Incentive Programs for electronic health record (EHR), dictate specific criteria surrounding Electronic Health Records.
